I'm sorry, but I get very frustrated with people who cannot be bothered to read a story before making comments. It happens all the time on story comment boards. To me THAT is rude! I'm no bully, but if people are going to take the time to post a comment, why can't they take the time to actually READ THE STORY FIRST?

I agree with Niceperson, this man was doing his job and died. How could people be so rude??? This man's family have losted their loved one and all people can do is create rude comments. Suppose that was your family member who died would you really want someone making rude comments about them. As a society we have lost our compassion for people and try to find the joke in everything. Before commenting think about what you are going to write and put yourself in that person's situation.

Yep, that's pretty typical of most threads on TV or newspaper sites. I've often thought of doing a parody of news site comments, but it's useless; nothing I could make up could compare to reality.
Here's something even more exciting. This is an actual screen capture of the live video on CNN.com Live:
That's right: a live cam showing the rainy, foggy runway at Newark Airport, with no audio and no story. A plane occasionally moves on the runway, and a truck goes by every once in a while at the bottom of the screen. When people complain about "lack of bandwidth" it would be helpful to note how much of it is wasted.
